i’m not smart because none of this makes sense how can your smile be left in the past tense? it was art how your heart moved through this...
So today,
yesterday's sore-ish ankle, turned
into flaming immobility,
necessitating
some early horizontal-ity.
In addition to the joys of comfort stops,
cooking, and comfort stops,
the enforced rest afforded
a catch-up on reading and viewing,
and the dual delight of seeing,
and hearing, after ages, your Panacea.
Words, better medicine by far,
than than any analgesic!
